The ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG is a 27-inch QHD TrueBlack Glossy™ Tandem OLED gaming monitor designed to deliver sharp, vibrant visuals and outstanding OLED performance.
Its Tandem OLED technology offers 15% higher peak brightness, 25% greater color volume and up to 60% longer panel lifespan compared with previous-generation WOLED monitors.
The new Neo Proximity Sensor, part of the ASUS OLED Care Pro suite, detects when the user moves away from the monitor and automatically switches to a black screen to help prevent burn-in. A compact stand saves valuable desk space, while DisplayPort™ 1.4 with DSC, HDMI® 2.1 and a USB hub provide versatile connectivity.

The four-layer Tandem OLED structure provides 25% greater color volume, producing richer reds, deeper blues and more nuanced colors, particularly when gaming in HDR.

Screen Protection
ASUS OLED Care Pro
ASUS OLED Care Pro includes a range of customizable settings designed to protect the OLED panel and extend its lifespan.
The suite also includes the new Neo Proximity Sensor, while settings can be managed through DisplayWidget Center.
Neo Proximity Sensor
The built-in Neo Proximity Sensor detects the user’s distance from the monitor. When the user moves away, the screen automatically turns black to help prevent burn-in. When the user returns, the image is restored immediately.
The detection distance can be adjusted to suit individual preferences.
Before enabling the detection feature, make sure the monitor sensor is correctly positioned and cleaned using the supplied microfiber cloth.
Pixel Cleaning
Pixel Cleaning recalibrates the display after the monitor has been active for several hours. The process only takes a few minutes and starts automatically when the monitor is switched off.
Do not disconnect the monitor from power while Pixel Cleaning is in progress, as this will interrupt the process.
Screen Move
Pixel positions are shifted slightly at regular intervals to help reduce the risk of burn-in. Users can choose between different movement levels.

Aspect Ratio Control
For competitive gamers who are accustomed to smaller 1080p monitors, the XG27AQWMG can simulate a 24.5-inch display through Esports Mode, along with additional display modes.
DisplayWidget Center
DisplayWidget Center allows users to optimize and customize monitor settings using a mouse without navigating the on-screen display menu.
The software also provides firmware update notifications, direct firmware updates and the ability to import or export display configurations.
Play Smarter with AI Assistant
The XG27AQWMG includes AI-powered gaming features such as AI Visual, Dynamic Crosshair and Dynamic Shadow Boost.
